Our Refund Policy
At Wifcyme, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our dresses, skirts, and shorts. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items like final sale products or personalized goods, which will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing tags.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number inside the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow:
- 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the return.
- Additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you receive a store credit, it will be issued via email and can be used for future purchases on Wifcyme.com.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges.
